They've been pulling people over left and right lately. Saturday night about 10, they had 1 pulled over beside the Honey Bee (Fasmart) and one pulled over in front of Pizza King. Two different cars 200 ft apart. Not saying they didn't do something to deserve it.

Don't have quotas. They can write as many tickets as they need to.
